Service Scope
- Web Hosting: We aim for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure or maintenance.
- Design & Development: Project timelines are estimates. Final delivery is subject to client feedback and full payment.
- SMTP & Email: Users are strictly prohibited from using our provided SMTP services for SPAM or unsolicited bulk emailing.
User Responsibilities
- Content: You are responsible for all data hosted on our servers. Content must not violate Nepalese law (e.g., cyber defamation, copyrighted material without permission).
- Security: You must keep your account credentials confidential.
Payment & Renewals
- Fees are billed in advance. Failure to renew domain names or hosting plans before the expiry date may result in immediate data loss or domain forfeiture.
- Refunds: We provide 15-day money-back guarantee for Business Email Hosting with .np extension only.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our “Acceptable Use Policy” or fail to make timely payments.
